On 5 October, he scored his first goal for United, the winner in a 2ā1 home victory againstĀ Everton.Ā
On 20 December, Falcao made his return for the first time in the starting line-up to score a goal in the second half in a 1ā1 draw with Aston Villa. Six days later, he provided an assist forĀ Wayne RooneyĀ againstĀ Newcastle United, and United went on to win the match 3ā1.Ā On 1 January 2015, Falcao equalised againstĀ Stoke CityĀ in a 1ā1 draw.
