At Classic11 Football Shirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage kit. If your item isn't the perfect fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shirt

  Ensure the football shirt is in its original condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in its original packaging or a protective mailer.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the item to verify its authenticity and condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
